Full price is $32.94, but it’s currently $27 and Old Navy typically runs sales.

Mint Chiffon Double Slit Maxi Skirt: Express.
This isn’t too long for short girls and it’s on sale for $19.99, down from $39.90!

Mint Apt. 9 Shira Paisley Perforated Satchel: Kohl’s.
I think this purse retails for about $59, but Kohl’s runs great promos. Check your local store!

Off-white lace ballet flats: Wet Seal (last year.)
You can wear any affordable sandals, flats, or wedges with this skirt!
