Bath & Body Works Holiday Candles 2013

Bath & Body Works holiday candles are my favorite, they have the best scents. This year, I spent an embarrassingly long time in the store smelling ALL of the holiday scents and went a tad overboard with my purchase.

Every year, I HAVE to purchase Balsam and Peppermint candles from Bath & Body Works to put me in the Christmas mood. This year was no different, but between in store promotions and coupons, I went a tiny bit overboard. Holiday scents are my favorite! I spent an embarrassingly long time in the store smelling ALL of the holiday scents and these are the ones I liked the best:

Fresh Balsam

I bought Fresh Balsam in a smaller 6 oz. mason jar size because despite how much I love it, I can start to get sick of it. I like to burn this leading up to Christmas. The fragrance is balsam and fir trees, layered with notes of fresh eucalyptus.

Twisted Peppermint

Twisted Peppermint smells, you guessed it, like refreshing peppermint. I love this candle and buy it every year.

I really like ‘Tis The Season. I’m not sure if it’s new or an annual scent. It smells like apples and pine with a touch of cider.

Mint Chocolate

Mint Choclate is amazing! I didn’t think I’d love it, but I do. It’s the perfect combination of cool peppermint and dark chocolate. If you like bakery fragrances, you need to purchase this.

Marshmallow Fireside

Marshmallow Fireside features toasted marshmallows and vanilla cream blended with the comforting aroma of rich smoldering woods.

To me, Snowday smells similar to ‘Tis the Season, but minty. This fragrance is described as spruce branches, peppermint and sweet vanilla.

Since I was purchasing so many 3-wick candles, I also opted for a cute Snowman Candle holder that I can use all winter. This originally costs $14.50. I actually bought 2 other candles too, but they weren’t for me.

Believe it or not, these are only a fraction of the holiday/winter scents that Bath & Body Works offers. No matter what type of scents you like, they have one for you. These are originally $20 each for the 3-wick candles, but they almost always have one of the following promotions going on: 2 for $22, Buy 3 Get 3 Free, or 50% off. You can usually use coupons with these offers too, so don’t pay full price! Head over to the B&BW website or your local store to get these candles before Spring scents take over. These make great gifts too!
