I’ve wanted to try Belle Ame’ bath and body products for quite awhile. A few months ago when I had a little extra money, I finally decided to order a few things. Belle Ame’ is a small family business, but you really wouldn’t know it by looking at the products.

Belle Ame order

I ordered a soap, mousse bar, lip scrub, and soap sample pack. I love how everything was packaged.

Belle Ame Soap

Sassy Sugar Soap

It was difficult to choose just one soap to order from Belle Ame’ since they all look so neat. I ended up getting Sassy Sugar because it is described on the website as a blend of cotton candy and caramel. It is made with aloe and olive oils. The chunks you can see in it are shea butter. This soap didn’t smell as much like cotton candy as I had expected, but it did smell good. Sassy Sugar costs $6.95. I used up the entire 7 oz. bar of soap in about 3 months. It had a nice lather and wasn’t drying. The scent also lingered on my skin afterwards, which I like.

Belle Ame Pucker Up

Lip Scrub

I decided to try a lip scrub so my lips are nice and smooth for my Lime Crime lipsticks. They offer six different kinds, I bought Pina Colada. This smells good and tastes good (yes, it’s edible!) This Pucker Up Lip Scrub does the job without being drying. This was a little pricey at $9.95. A little product goes a long way so I’m hoping it doesn’t dry out before I use it all.

Belle Ame Mousse Bar

Sweet Romance Mousse Bar

This Sweet Romance Sugar Scrub Mousse Bar is my favorite item that I purchased from Belle Ame’. It has all the benefits of a regular scrub without being messy. It exfoliates to leave your skin soft while it lathers and cleans. The Sweet Romance one is adorable too! Mine wasn’t as sparkly as on the website, but I didn’t mind. I couldn’t quite pinpoint what this smelled like, but I like it. It’s described has a vanilla, black cherry, english cream, and sandalwood fragrance. Another great thing about this mousse bar is that the scent stayed on my skin for quite a while after each shower. I thought the Sugar Scrub Mousse bar was well worth the $8.95. I plan to order another one.

Soap Samples

I always try to jump on sample pack options from companies so I can give a really helpful review to my fans. 10 samples for $1.95 is an awesome deal too! The assortment of samples can vary, but here are the ones I received:

Life’s A Beach-  A very pleasant, sea salty scent.

Attraction- If you like floral scents then you’d like this.

Lust- A blend of fruits and florals combine in a sweet scent.

White Tea- This is a good uni-sex soap. It has a clean scent, a little to bland for me actually.

Southern Tea- My son likes this soap, I’m not a fan. It kind of smells like tea with a bit of floral notes.

Juicylicious- I believe this is supposed to be a Viva La Juicy dupe. It smells like berries, flowers, and candy all together for one girly fragrance.

Oatmeal, Milk & Honey- This soap is aptly named.

Emma Love- Smells like Plumeria.

Cool Blue- Eucalyptus and spearmint create a very refreshing scent.

Caribbean Coconut- I love the combination of coconut and brown sugar.

I think my favorites are Sassy Sugar, Lust, Caribbean Coconut, Cool Blue, and Juicylicious. I would definitely order from Belle Ame’ again. I recommend trying their Sugar Scrub Mousse bars and hope they come out with them in more scents soon!
