When the Kardashian Kolor nail polish collection first came out I couldn’t find it in my area. In April, I finally came across them at CVS. I thought the glitter ones were so pretty and purchased two.

I purchased Follow Me on Glitter, a glittery charcoal gray with larger multi-colored glitter, and Kendall on the Katwalk, a glittery super sparkly blue-green with purple.

I loved these colors when I applied them. They are sparkly, pretty and dry quickly. Unfortunately, my love for these nail polishes quickly took a turn for the worse. I painted my nails at night and woke up to them already chipped, grr!

I like the colors so I’ve given them multiple chances, but each time they are a disappointment. Without using a top coat these polishes chip in a matter of hours or should I say in one hour. My friend/co-worker also has Follow Me On Glitter and had the same experience, even with using a top coat.

Please excuse my short, ugly nails in the photos below. I’m still in my ongoing battle or have long strong nails that don’t break. These photos are actually a few weeks old, my nails looks better now.

In these photos you can see the polish is chipped. This is after about one day of wear.

I can’t stand nail polishes that chip and at $8 a bottle, this nail polish wasn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend the glitter Kardashian Kolor polishes. Maybe the other colors are better? These are so pretty, it’s really disappointing. I’ve been using them as toe nail polish, they last a little longer on my toes than on fingers.
