Laura Geller Baby Cakes Baked Blush Palette
Sticking with the Laura Geller theme this week, here is my last review. If you love blush, then you need to try Blush-n-Brighten products. These are my absolute favorite blushes ever!

Sticking with the Laura Geller theme this week, here is my last review. I actually just purchased this product, but have been using Laura Geller blushes for 2 years and love them.
The Baby Cakes Baked Blush Palette includes 4 mineral oil-free and paraben-free blushes. Laura Geller “Baby Cakes” sets are also available for eyeshadows and eyeliners.
Laura Geller baked Blush-n-Brighten products are really pretty because they are marbleized and have swirls of different colors. I have a full-size one that has lasted me 2 years. It’s the blush I use the most often and after this long I should probably throw it away. Although these look kind of small, I can assure you that they will last you awhile.
Along with the 4 blushes, this palette also includes a mirror and brush. I think it’s worth the $39 price tag. The individual blushes sell for $31 each.
This palette comes with a small retractable blush brush. I don’t have any brushes like this so I thought it was really cool.
The color on the left is called Sugar Free Raspberry. Laura Geller blushes that are “Sugar Free” are shimmerless. I don’t think I would have bought this color in a full-size, but I’m excited to give it a try. The second color in this palette is Pink Grapefruit. I like this color a lot and actually have a full-sized one, but I dropped it and broke it.
Sugar Free Raspberry: A matte blend of light pink, berry and beige. Pink Grapefruit: Swirls of beige, mauve and pink shimmer.
The third color in this palette is Golden Apricot and the final blush is Sunswept. These 2 shades are great for summer when you want a bronzed glow. To me, Golden Apricot is similar to “Honey Dipped” (another Laura Geller Blush-n-Brighten that I have) but with pink/rose. Sunswept seemed a little dark for me when I swatched it. However, when using a brush and applying it to my cheek, it’s a gorgeous bronze that isn’t too dark.
Golden Apricot: Rich tones of apricot, cream, gold and a hint of rose swirled together. Sunswept: A swirl of pink, golden peach and bronze for a sun-kissed glow.
Left to right: Sugar Free Raspberry, Pink Grapefruit, Golden Apricot, and Sunswept.
If I could only use blush from one company for the rest of my life, it would be Laura Geller. They’re high-quality and so pretty! They glide on soft and smooth and a little goes a long way so you definitely get your money’s worth out of them. I love the shimmer and glow they give my skin. As much as I love Benefit box blushes, I’d choose Blush-n-Brighten hands down.
Laura Geller products are available directly from the brand’s website, as well as, QVC and Ulta.
