Bath time should be fun and easy, but sometimes it’s a battle to get your kid clean. They just want to play and you keep dropping the soap. Luckily, there is a cheap and amazing product to help.

I discovered Johnson’s Buddies Easy Grip Sudzing Bar about a year ago and have been using it ever since. It’s a bar of soap that is covered by a green pouch. The pouch has multiple purposes. The first is that it makes it easy to grip, hence the name. The pouch also helps it lather easily. The final purpose of the soap is in the color, it’s a bright green, so that you are able to see it in the tub even if there are lots of bubbles and toys.

This soap smells good. It doesn’t really have much of  a scent and there isn’t one listed on the box. It’s just a simply, light soap scent. This bar of soap is gentle on kid’s skin and has rich lather. My son has fairly sensitive skin and we’ve had no problems. It’s not slippery, my son can even use it by himself, which he loves. Nothing is worse than slippery soap that you keep dropping. Johnson’s Easy-Grip Sudzing Bar eliminates that problem.

The following photo shows my son’s soap which he’s actually been using for almost a month. It still looks brand new. I also have an extra one ready to go, even though we probably won’t need it for a couple months. (Yes, it lasts that long.)

The best part about this soap is the price. At my local Target, I can get it for 97 cents! In my opinion, this is THE BEST SOAP  for children and it is ridiculously affordable. It also lasts quite awhile, so it’s a great bargain. The box actually states that it “lasts twice as long as regular soap.” Moms (and dads) should definitely try this product and with such a low price you really can’t go wrong. If you don’t like it, you’ve only wasted less than a dollar. Although, I highly doubt you won’t like this soap. I do not have a single problem with it.

You should be able to find Johnson’s Buddies Easy Grip Sudzing Bar at Target, Walmart, or CVS. I always get mine at Target. I even found it online, but paying shipping for a soap that only costs 97 cents isn’t really worth it.

UPDATE 4/6/13: My son is 5 now and he still uses this soap. Not only is it great for bath time, it’s good for children that take showers. Normal soaps are too slippery for showers, but not this soap. It still only costs around $1 too!

You’ve looked at Target, CVS, Walmart, Kmart? That’s so strange. It should be sold anywhere that sells other kids Johnson’s products. I found some on Amazon, but it would be $5 instead of $1. Just keep looking whenever your at a store. I wish you could find it! :( I will let you know if I think of any other stores that might carry this product.

I cannot find this soap ANYWHERE now! I would gladly pay for several cases to be shipped to me, but I can’t find it in the Atlanta, GA area!!
