China Glaze Senorita Bonita

China Glaze in Senorita Bonita

I usually wear pink nail polish, but I found a new color that I really like. This review contains plenty of photos/swatches to help you decide if this color is for you or not.

I’ve done a review on my first/favorite China Glaze nail polish, so if you want to check that out click here. This is a review on a new color I got and will be mostly be photos.

I like China Glaze because the polishes strengthen nails, dry fast, last long, and there are tons of colors to choose from. I decided to venture from my typical neon pink color and bought some new ones including a purple called Senorita Bonita.

It is part of the summer 2011 Island Escape Collection, but it was the only color from the collection that I really liked.

I had tried to purchase this at my local Ulta, but they were always sold out so I ended up ordering it online for $2.99.

The swatch of this color that you can find on the China Glaze website is fairly accurate to what the color looks like in person. However, it’s a little more pink than it actually is.

Here’s a quick swatch I did on paper. It’s a pretty purple with pink shimmers. It reminds me of shimmery grape soda, if that makes sense.

I really like this color. At first I thought it seemed a little dark for a summer color, but when I was done painting my nails and saw how the pink shimmers catch the light, I realized how pretty it is. Senorita Bonita is a pretty color and I’d wear it during any time of year. Below you can see this China Glaze color on my nails.

If you’re looking for a pretty, fun, shimmery purple nail polish than definitely check out Senorita Bonita.
