Glamour Doll Eyes

I've previously reviewed Glamour Doll Eyes so this is basically just swatches and my opinion on 10 more GDE colors. Hopefully this can help you decide on colors to order.

You can order samples from GDE. They cost $2.5o in a jar or only $1.25 for a baggie. You can of course buy full-sized jars of eyeshadow too. I personally have a ton of sample baggies, some sample jars, and no full-sized ones. I have so many eyeshadows and like trying new colors, but don’t need a ton of product unless it’s a color I will use often. Not all companies offer samples, so I love companies, like GDE, that do.

Since I’ve already done a full review on Glamour Doll eyes this post will just be swatches of 10 GDE colors. I tried to take plenty of pictures so you can see exactly what the colors look like. The following picture shows swathes with flash.

To better see the swatches, click any of the photos to view larger. The first two colors with *’s next to the names are not unique ones. They are unblended pigments, or what you can call repackaged eyeshadows. The following picture shows the same colors without flash.

I had to swatch “Skinny Jeans” since this blog is called Skinny Jeans and Sippy Cups. Unfortunately, Skinny Jeans is not my kind of color, it’s a little too dark. However, it is pretty and I simply needed it because of the name.

The first five swatches from top to bottom are Skinny Jeans, Dirty Jeans, My Belle, Apple Martini, and Fabulous.

The second five swatches are Tattooed, Phyrra, Royal Assassin, Brown Eyed Girl, and Pistol Pistol.

My favorites out of these 10 are My Belle, Phyrra, Brown Eyed Girl, and Apple Martini. I really like Dirty Jeans too. All the eyeshadows are nice and quite shimmery. Blues and dark colors just don’t look good on me. Tattooed is actually a purple but it looks kind of blue.

Other colors from GDE that I love are Strawberry Cupcake*, Unicorn, Pinky Swear*, Juicy Mango, and Doll House. GDE has plenty of colors to choose from including collections such as ones inspired by the 80’s and Superheroes.
