Well, it’s that time of the month again…BIRCHBOX!
Gearing up for the holiday season, the theme of this month’s box was Getting Gifty, which is explained on the card.
The following photos show everything that I received…
1. Anastasia Beverly Hills- HydraFull Gloss in Sugar Pink
This sample is very small. The applicator is weird, it reminds me of a spatula. I don’t love the lip gloss.
2. Harvey Prince- Eau Flirt
Perfume with scent layers of citrus, jasmine, lavender and pumpkin. I do actually like this scent.
3. Supersmile- Professional Whitening Toothpaste
I’ll try this, but the full-size toothpaste is 4.2 oz. and costs $21. I definitely won’t spend $21 on toothpaste.
4. Zoya- Nail Polish in Holly
Emerald polish with a metallic finish from Zoya’s Holiday 2011 collection. I would have liked to receive a different color, I’m not a fan of green.
TREAT- Chuao Chocolatier- Firecracker Chocopod
Dark Chocolate, Chipotle, Salt, and Popping Candy.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed with this box. I’m hoping for December Birchbox will gift us with some REALLY GOOD samples (although I was hoping that this month) but after that I think I’m cancelling my subscription. I have really loved some of the items I’ve received from Birchbox (Laura Geller blush, Laura Geller Spackle, Incoco nail appliques.) However, I’m sick of perfume samples every month and the color choices. I also expected to get a few more full-sized items in the 7 boxes I’ve received. I really hate that I’ve gotten food samples twice, I want cosmetics and beauty products! As 2011 comes to an end, unfortunately so will my Birchbox subscription.

Hello… i just found you blog on google. and is great!!! :)? I am also subcripta to BIRCHBOX and I often get things that are crap, but i dont know if u knowabout the points you get every month, and for review the product that u get. The thing is a get 2 full size makeup remover from the brand Klorane? , 9i get first the sample in my box) and i use my points , like 200, and they get me 20$, so each Klorane was 9$ and free shipping becouse i got the sample that month , i dont pay anything! I got it like 3 days after i do the order! So maybe you dont know this or maybe u do, but this is why i dont cancel muy subcripcion!

I haven’t received my box quite yet but I saw online what I’m getting in mine and it’s totally different than yours! I’m still getting the weird chocolates but besides that everything else looks pretty good! Last months box wasn’t all that great in my opinion, but whenever I get a box that isn’t so fab the next month usually is great
I received that lip gloss last month though, and yea the applicator is really horrible!!
I just canceled my Birchbox subscription in October.
It’s only $10, but I felt like I wasn’t even getting my money’s worth because most of the products I couldn’t use (or didn’t like). Love the concept, but wish they were more customizable. I filled out all of the beauty profile info, but still didn’t get things I could use. Oh well! It was fun for a few months. 
I feel the exact same way. Dec will be my last box. This love affair is over.
I liked my box this month. Have you tried to alter your beauty profile? I did and I got everything different than most people this month.
