In September, I bought 2 Fall Sampler Packs from Simply Sweet Skin so I would be able to try as many new scents as possible without breaking the bank. I got to choose 5 items for each sampler pack and which scents I wanted each item in. Most companies sell sampler packs that are pre-made and the same for everybody, so I love that you can customize the SSS sampler packs to get exactly what you’d like to try out. The sampler packs are $6.50 each (plus $3 shipping) and come in cute pink bags!

Bubbling Scrubs

I love Simply Sweet Skin’s scrubs. I have the Coffee Sugar Polish Scrub and Cool Mint Salt Scrub. They are amazing, but I was excited to try these new Bubbling Scrubs. These are a little less exfoliating, but give you great lather. The samples come in little jars. I love these and need to order a full sized one!

Solid Perfumes

The solid perfumes are one of my favorite SSS products. I have 4 of the full size tubes in Lush dupes. The samples come in cute little containers with a black bottom and a clear twist off lid. I love the solid perfumes for carrying around in my purse. They can fit in a small clutch and can’t leak!

Creme Soaps

The creme soaps come in the same small jars as the scrub samples. I had never used a creme soap before purchasing these. I really like these too. They lather and clean, just like a soap, but are creamy instead of a solid. I like to use creme soaps instead of shaving cream.

Solid Lotions

Solid Lotions are different because well, they’re solid! I do like them though. Instead of applying lotion and having it all over your hands you can use these solid lotion sticks. They are just as moisturizing as regular lotion and I don’t find them greasy.

Hair & Body Splash

I love these sprays for the simple fact that they are simple! Only 3 ingredients! No alcohol, no chemicals, nothing unnecessary. They smell good too, not too light, not too overpowering.

SCENTS:

Pumpkin Spice- Smells just like Pumpkin Pie!!! I LOVE this scent!!!I went out and bough a pumpkin pie, after I used my scrub.

Warm Vanilla Sugar- Smells like artificial vanilla. Doesn’t smell bad, but isn’t the best vanilla I’ve smelled.

Autumn Solstice- Supposed to be apple, caramel, lemon, cinnamon, anise, ginger, pumpkin, vanilla, blood orange. I think I mostly smell  the caramel, lemon and cinnamon.

Witching Hour- I’m not sure what this is supposed to smell like. It’s a spicy fall scent, kind of like cinnamon. It remind me of Autumn Solstice but spicier.

Wicked Treats- This scent is amazing! It’s candy, fruit, sweet and tangy. I love sweet, candy scents. Love it!!

Snickerdoodle Latte- I kind of smell latte. I really don’t smell any cinnamon or cookie, like I expected to. I don’t love this one.

Pumpkin Cheesecake- Smells like cheesecake. I don’t really smell that much pumpkin. If you like bakery scents, you’ll probably like this one.

Hocus Pocus- Supposed  to smell like bergamot, amber, spices, musk, nutmeg. I don’t normally like spice or musk scents, but I like this scent. I think it mostly smells like the bergamot.

Candy Corn- I’d say this does smell like candy corn, but a little buttery or vallia-ish too.

Apple Caramel Crunch- Smells like a caramel apple. It kind of makes my mouth water.

My favorites are Pumpkin Spice, Wicked Treats, Apple Caramel Crunch, and Hocus Pocus. Simply Sweet Skin’s fall scents are only being sold until December 1st and then won’t return until next fall.  However, the Pumpkin Spice Bubbling Scrub as well as the scents Wicked Treats and Hocus Pocus will be part of the permanent line.
