In Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, I thought I’d review Sugarpill’s three pink ChromaLusts!

Sugarpill sells both pressed and loose eyeshadows. This will just be a review of the pink loose eyeshadows which cost $12 each. I love Sugarpill eyeshadows, if you’ve never used them before you are missing out.  This indie company sells high-quality products, has good packaging, and great customer service.

ChromaLusts come in jars like the one pictured below. I’m not going to talk about shipping, packaging, and all that because I have before. (Links at the bottom of this post.)

The three pink Sugarpill ChromaLusts are…

Birthday Girl

Sweet princess pink with iridescent fuchsia sparkles. (Swatched dry on left and wet on the right.)

I like this color, but when applied it isn’t as shimmery as my other Sugarpill colors.  I love shimmery eyeshadow. Birthday Girl (and Paperdoll) seem to have a different texture to them, they are almost matte to me. If this looked more shimmery on my eyes, it would be one of my favorite colors.

Decora

Delicious hot pink with iridescent bursts of green. (Swatched dry on left and wet on the right.)

This is my favorite pink by Sugarpill. It’s bright and super shimmery. It looks like a hot pink eyeshadow that somebody put Lumi over. (Lumi is another one of Sugarpill’s ChromaLusts.) Decora is so pretty!

Magentric

Metallic deep magenta with a dazzling turquoise sheen. (Swatched dry on left and wet on the right.)

This color is also super shimmery and pretty. It’s magenta and when applied wet  it looks more purple than pink.

It can be hard to decide which green, or purple or pink to get. So, to make it a little easier. Here are the pinks swatched next to each other. The first photo is WITH Flash. (Dry on left, applied with My Beauty Addiction foiling medium on right.)

This photo is the same Sugarpill colors WITHOUT flash. (Click any image to view larger.)

You get A LOT of product in one jar of Sugarpill and $12 each can be a little pricey. If you want to buy Sugarpill, but can’t afford it, make a purchase with a couple friends. You each split the costs, buy smaller eyeshadow jars on Etsy or Ebay and then evenly split the loose eyeshadows. That way you get to try these amazing eyeshadows and not go broke doing so.

My favorite pink is Decora. My other favorite Sugarpill colors are definitely Goldilux, Absinthe, and Lumi. You can purchase these and more on the Sugarpill website.
