Sweetbody Soaps is a company that sells adorable soaps, including ones that make great party favors for kids and adults. They are based out of Florida and have an Etsy store. With how cute everything in their store looked, I couldn’t resist placing an order.

PACKAGING:

Everything I ordered came in a box filled with packing peanuts. All the items had the cutest packaging. Definitely some of the most adorable and thoughtful packaging I’ve seen. I love the little boxes that some of the soaps came in. The one my two soap bars came in was pink polka dots, and I actually kept it to reuse.

The bar soaps came in sleeves that listed the company name, product name, scent, size, ingredients, etc. Everything you need to know is provided.

The soaps that look like foods were nicely wrapped. They were sealed in plastic, then wrapped in one plastic bag, and tied with a ribbon that had a cute handmade tag. The tags were also on the Hedgehog soaps I ordered. The tags list all the information you need as well. (See pictures further down.)

PRODUCTS & PRICES:

I ordered the Mango Mandarin Colada Goats Milk  soap, because I love Mango scents and thought the color combination of pink, yellow, and white was cute. I got this 4 oz. soap on sale for $3.75.

I also bought Pear Berry Vanilla Shea Butter soap. I thought this soap looked so cute! It’s green and has (soap) berries on it! It was $5 for 4.5 oz.

I didn’t really notice a difference between the Goats Milk and Shea Butter soaps. Maybe it’s me, or maybe it’s just because all the other ingredients are the same. I thought the Shea Butter one had a richer lather, but neither left me covered in residue.

I’m obsessed with any soaps that look neat or smell nice, but my boyfriend likes the soaps that look like food. Sweetbody has plenty so I decided to order some. You can buy soaps that look like a full-sized food item, but I decided on “minis.”

The Mini Buttermilk Pancakes are too small to pass off as real, however the melting butter on top does look pretty realistic. Together these are about 3 oz. of soap and cost $4. The following photos show these soaps packaged and next to a pen, so you can get a sense of their size.

The other mini food soaps I ordered were Cinnamon Buns. These look pretty realistic too. These have a combined weight of approximately 4.2 oz. I paid $4.50 for them. I actually put these out on a plate to see if I could fool anyone! They made my whole kitchen smell like cinnamon.

I’ve always liked Hedgehogs, but thanks to my state’s laws, I can’t have one. So, instead I purchased Sweetbody’s gift set of two cute hedgehog soaps! I got a pink (Strawberry) one for me and a brown (Chocolate Truffles) one which I gave to my mom.

Since I gave the one away and then dropped mine and smashed it’s nose :( I’ll use a photo from Sweetbody Soap’s Etsy so you can have a better look at them.

As you can see you can order these in a variety of scents/colors. These are so cute! I searched for other hedgehog soaps on Etsy and these were by far the cutest! Each hedgehog is about 2 1/2 inches tall, 1.6 oz. of soap. The set of two was $5.95.

With my order I also received a free cupcake soap. I think it’s a mini size and I am not sure what scent it is, but it’s green with pink icing. I love free items!!  Sweetbody has a lot of different cupcake soaps to choose from.

I did cut off and use slices of the bars of soap that I purchased. I haven’t had the heart to use the food or hedgehog soaps because they are just too cute!

SCENTS:

Mango Mandarin Colada is okay. It’s not gross, but it’s not my favorite.

The Pear Berry Vanilla soap is pretty good. I like the scent. The green part smells like pear, the white/pink smells like vanilla or cream and then the purple berries smell berry-ish.

I’m not sure what the Pancake soaps smell like, I can’t quite put my finger on it. I’m guessing it’s supposed to be buttery smelling? My boyfriend said they kind of smell like Vanilla Chai.

The Mini Cinnamon soaps definitely smell like cinnamon, they made my entire kitchen/dining room area smell like cinnamon.

The Hedgehogs do smell chocolate-y and like Strawberry, not real strawberries, but a sweet strawberry fragrance.

CO. INFO:

I was slightly disappointed by the size of the bar soaps. They are smaller than soaps I have from other companies, but  they are 4 oz. They are nice soaps.  I also thought shipping was a little much at about $10, however everything was packaged nicely and nothing got damaged. I also received my order pretty quickly. I’m just the kind of person that hates spending more than $6 or $7 on shipping costs.

I would order from Sweetbody Soaps again. If you are looking for party favors or food soaps, then they’re definitely the company to order from.

You can order from Sweetbody Soaps on Etsy, they also have a website. Be sure to ‘Like’ their Facebook page, they recently created one.
