At my last trip to Ulta, a new Urban Decay product caught my eye with it’s purple and green packaging. I LOVE their De-Slick and couldn’t resist giving their new b6 Complexion Prep Spray a try.

Urban Decay B6

This product makes really great claims and I’m all about anything that will improve my skin. This Urban Decay Vitamin-Infused Complexion Prep Spray is supposed to reduce redness, minimize pores and absorb oil. How? B6 absorbs oil, minimizes pores and reduces redness. Vitamin E provides antioxidants, and willow bark (rich in natural salicylic acid) aids cell turnover.

You can mist this on your face before your makeup or moisturizer. It can also be used anytime just to refresh and hydrate skin. I’ve been using b6 for a little over a week, at night after my cleanser and before my moisturizer. I’ve also been spritzing it on my face in the morning after I wash my face. I’ve already had fewer break outs and my pores do look smaller, making this product worth the $33. I wake up with less oil on my face which is wonderful!

UD B6 Review

I’m impressed with Urban Decay’s b6 so far. It is refreshing and soothing after everything I put my skin through each day. B6 is so light-weight, it absorbs into my skin and doesn’t feel sticky or leave a residue. “Fragrance” is listed as an ingredient, but I only smell it for about a second. It’s extremely light. This product is also oil-free and paraben-free.

While this won’t replace De-Slick spray in helping my makeup last longer, it has become an important part of my skincare regiment. This product is for all skin types, but if you have combination to oily skin then I would recommend purchasing it. Urban Decay says it best themselves: “It’s one of those products you didn’t even know you needed. (But once you try it, you’ll wonder how you ever survived without it!)”

Let me know if b6 works for your skin! Comment below!
